KIELBASA & SAUERKRAUT

Ingredients:

1 lb Dearborn Brand Fresh Kielbasa
2 lbs Dearborn Brand Sauerkraut
⅓ lb Dearborn Brand Sliced Bacon
¼ cup onions
1 tbsp brown sugar
¼ tsp pepper

Directions:
  • Rinse 2lbs of Dearborn Brand Sauerkraut & drain
  • Cook ¼ lb of Dearborn Brand Sliced Bacon, chop & add to kraut
  • Sauté ¼ cup of onions and add ¼ tbsp. Brown sugar in same pan bacon was prepared
  • Add ¾ tbsp of brown sugar and ¼ tsp pepper to kraut – mix together
  • Cut up 1 lb Dearborn Brand Fresh Kielbasa and mix with kraut
  • Put kraut and kielbasa in baking dish
  • Place baking dish in oven @ 325 for 45 minutes
